Awarded Best of Show at the recent Blue Art Exhibition, steve stratis mesmerizing pieces, ‘Liquescent’ and ‘Tides of Blu’, left an indelible mark. Using a masterful combination of color, texture and composition, these abstract blue artworks transcend traditional boundaries of representation, transporting viewers into a world of fluidity, serenity, and introspection.

The talented artist / entrepreneur, who specializes in digital 3D sculpting and VFX, blends physics simulation with visual effects to create a unique abstract-centric aesthetic. His work has been featured in various international exhibitions and competitions, and he has won numerous awards for his outstanding technical craftsmanship.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Stratis received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He then pursued his Masters of Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Dallas. He also worked as a theatre director, artistic designer and scenic artist for several theater organizations in Cleveland, Ohio before beginning his professional career as a visual artist in 2017.

In addition to his impressive portfolio of digital abstracts, Stratis is also an accomplished musician, having performed as a bassist for several bands. He has also cofounded music series across the east coast including Pentiment, a Philadelphia based showcase of contemporary musicians from diverse genres, and Noise Night, a Boston based free-improvisation session.

He currently lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two daughters. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and soccer. He has also served as a volunteer for the United Way of Canada and the American Red Cross.

Steve Stratis is an Australian-born, internationally renowned health professional and artist who primarily practices as a Dentist and Prosthodontist. His artwork and design projects combine digital 3D sculpting and VFX techniques to broaden awareness and appreciation for physical phenomena that exceed human perception.

Stratis is an avid sports fan and has been involved with a number of charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Australia. He has appeared on a variety of television shows and was a regular host of the reality competition, Armed and Famous.

In the future, he plans to continue his work in digital art and healthcare. He is currently working on a project that explores the intersection of medicine and the digital realm. He also hopes to expand his collaborations with other artists and designers around the world. He is a member of Fusion Art, a global network of contemporary artists.
