Born out of necessity, stirrup socks allow baseball players to add color to their stockings without risking injury. Back in the day dyes were not color fast and players often suffered from infected wounds caused by the color bleed into white sanitary stockings. By adding a colored stocking over the white sanitary stocking it reduced the number of injuries while still allowing the player to show their team pride.
Our striped baseball socks are available in a wide variety of styles to suit any team’s needs. You can pick from a single color for the body of the sock, 2 or 3 colors for the stripe and then select a foot color.
