Durbar Marg, Kathmandu

The western Costa del Sol is less developed with a dramatic mountain backdrop and verdant hills. This area offers the best natural surroundings with stunning views and it is therefore no surprise that some of the most exclusive neighbourhoods can be found here.

Estepona is a traditional coastal town that has escaped the overdevelopment of some neighbouring areas and has preserved its Andalusian essence. It has a beautiful old town which is full of narrow cobbled streets which contrast with the modernity of the marina and its traditional restaurants where fresh seafood takes center stage. Its a family friendly location all year round and there are enough bars and restaurants around the port for evening entertainment without ever crossing into ribald territory.

Sotogrande is a different story; a security-ringed retreat where the worlds elite discreetly enjoy their Costa del Sol holidays. It is a place of private villas dotted around the modern marina and surrounded by spectacular golf courses and polo clubs. Some of the worlds best known athletes and celebrities have summer homes here and it is not uncommon to see them strolling around in their designer gear.

Our urbanisation is located in the area of Aldea Hills and is only a short drive from Estepona and Sotogrande. From the airports of Malaga or Gibraltar it is an hour to reach us. The main road (N-340) passes in 15min to Estepona and 10min to Sotogrande. The nearest beach is ‘Aldea Beach’, which is also a short walk from 2 authentic sea food restaurants. Estepona & Sotogrande
