Ruqyah is an alternative Islamic healing method based on the Quran and Sunnah. It uses recitation, seeking of refuge, remembrance and supplication to treat various illnesses, problems and ailments. It is particularly effective against sihr and jinns, magic and evil eye. It can also be used to cleanse the body of impurities such as toxins and disease-causing bacteria.
In the past, ruqyah was carried out using different methods such as water, oil and honey. However, the new ruqyah sheets are a revolutionary development that is a lot easier and more convenient for people to use. They are also much more cost-effective than paying for multiple ruqyah sessions and more importantly they demonstrate in a clear way the triumph of tawhid over shirk.
The ruqyah sheets are printed with edible inks that are safe to ingest and use on the skin. They can be reprinted and used as many times as required. To use them, place the sheet between the palms of your hands, make a sincere intention and recite any surah you know by heart – preferably Surah Fatiha as it is a ruqyah for the affliction you are treating. Afterwards, dry spit lightly onto the sheet and repeat this process every so often – especially when you feel afflicted or before going to sleep.
In addition to reciting the Quran, you can listen to the ruqyah audios which are available on this website (under the audio section). You should also eat ajwa dates before sleeping to strengthen your immune system and protect yourself from magic and jinns – these can be found in the same audio section. You should also try to have good sleep patterns and keep yourself away from bad company. It is also important to remember that the cure is with Allah, so you should have strong tawheed and a firm belief that He will heal you if He wills.
