Red light Therapy is a treatment for mental health issues. Counseling psychology involves the use of clinical mental health and human development principles, methods and diagnostic procedures to facilitate emotional well-being. It can also help people improve interpersonal functioning, learn new skills and cope with problems in their lives, such as depression, anxiety or substance abuse. Counselors can work with people on a short or long-term basis, and with individuals or groups. Many counselors are licensed, which means that they have been trained to adhere to ethical guidelines.
